Republic Day
As proud citizens, Republic Day holds immense importance for us. We commemorate the day on 26th January when the Indian Constitution came into effect. To honor this historic occasion, we organize cultural programs and distribute sweets, symbolizing our gratitude for those who inspire us to engage in welfare activities. Our President proudly hoists the national flag and delivers a motivational speech emphasizing unity, diversity, and the pursuit of a better future.
World Environment Day
With a focus on environmental preservation, we enthusiastically celebrate World Environment Day on 5th June each year. Through awareness campaigns and activities, we strive to educate others about pressing environmental issues. We plant trees and distribute plants to promote a greener environment while advocating for reduced plastic usage, water conservation, and other vital conservation measures. Our aim is to inspire individuals to take action and positively impact the world around them.
Rabindra Jayanti
Rabindra Jayanti holds a special place in the hearts of Bengalis. We at Peardoba Bashudhara Eco Society celebrate the birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore, a revered poet, and philosopher. On every 25th Baisakh, we organize cultural programs, recitations of Tagore’s poems and songs, and discussions on his literary contributions. Through these festivities, we honor Tagore’s legacy and his profound impact on literature, art, and culture, inspiring generations to come.
