Bishnupur, Bankura, is an economically backward area where people struggle to meet daily needs, leading to a lack of awareness about their rights and responsibilities. Peardoba Bashudhara Eco Society is actively addressing this by conducting awareness programs on health, child education, and government welfare schemes. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower the community with knowledge and resources for a better quality of life.

As we are prioritizing the health of common and underprivileged individuals, we organize numerous healthcare initiatives. Health is invaluable. We address the financial barriers that marginalized communities face in accessing quality services. Since inception, we’ve conducted general health camps providing check-ups, diagnosis, and free treatment in collaboration with healthcare experts of reputed health institutions all over West Bengal. Additionally, we arrange eye check-up camps to safeguard vision health, ensuring comprehensive care for those in need. Through these efforts, we are working to ensure the community health of rural Bankura.

Women Empowerment
Empowering women is essential for building a strong and empowered nation. Despite increased awareness of their rights, women in marginalized areas like Bishnupur, West Bengal, remain vulnerable to abuse, violence, and exploitation. To improve their lives, we aim to empower them through awareness-raising about their rights, responsibilities, self-sufficiency, and self-dependency. We plan to initiate the formation of Self Help Groups (SHGs) and provide training programs in tailoring, stitching, and beautician skills. These efforts will enable women to generate their own income and stand independently.
